Code of conduct

Architect Tomorrow is a volunteer-powered community built on honest, multidisciplinary conversation. These are the standards we hold ourselves to, taken from our participant guide.

What we ask of everyone

• Keep it accessible. Explain terminology and keep jargon in check.
• Respect others’ opinions. Diversity of thought and background is what Architect Tomorrow is built on.
• Share the floor. Don’t dominate conversations. Use your ears as much as your mouth.
• Be constructive. Focus on making things better rather than moaning.
• Welcome everyone. We are committed to making under-represented groups in tech visible, and expect everyone to be treated with dignity.
• Stay independent. Contributors are welcome from any organisation, but please do not use the community for sales pitches. (Proposed.)
